Place in over at 400 degrees for 45 minutes.  Once they come out, set tomatoes aside to cool, and place peppers in a sealed plastic bag for twenty minutes. This will cool off the peps and save their flavor.&lt;br /&gt;Cut the quartered tomatoes into smaller pieces and place in a bowl with the chopped onion, fresh chopped cilantro and lime juice.&lt;br /&gt;De-skin and de-seed the peppers and chop the insides. Minced Garlic&lt;br /&gt;To taste:&lt;br /&gt;- Fresh Cilantro&lt;br /&gt;- Fresh Lime Juice&lt;br /&gt;- Salt&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Cut avocados length wise and pull apart. Scoop out each side into a large mixing bowl. I leave the seeds in the guac because it keeps it fresh. Add the cut tomato and onion and the rest of the seasonings. Mix and crush with either a fork or a potato masher. Green pepper, chopped&lt;br /&gt;- 2 c. White Onion, chopped&lt;br /&gt;- 1 can Hot Dog Chili (which is just ground beans and some tomato)&lt;br /&gt;- 1 can Cambells Tomato Soup&lt;br /&gt;- C.T.S. can filled with water&lt;br /&gt;- 1 tbsp. Mustard of choice&lt;br /&gt;- 1 1/2 tbsp. maple syrup&lt;br /&gt;- Splash of Apple cider Vinegar&lt;br /&gt;- Fresh Chili Paste, to taste&lt;br /&gt;- Several Dashes of hot sauce (opt.)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Cook turkey, peppers, and onions in some vegetable oil. When fully cooked, drain grease from turkey. Add tomato soup, water, chili, mustard, vinegar, and chili paste, and the hot sauce if you desire.   Cover with lid and let simmer on low heat for about 25 minutes.&lt;br /&gt;Serve with fresh hot corn bread or homemade tortilla chips !&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Tortilla Chips&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;- 1 Fifty Pack of little (5 in?) Tortillas&lt;br /&gt;- Vegetable oil&lt;br /&gt;- Salt&lt;br /&gt;- Lime Juice&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Cut lil tortillas into fours.  Fry those lil buggers in some vegetable oil, that is thoroughly heated in frying pan (about a half inch deep). They will only be in the pot for about 2 minutes. When they start getting brown and crispy put them on a plate to cool. Cooked White Rice&lt;br /&gt;- One Egg&lt;br /&gt;- 3 Cans Cambells Tomato Soup&lt;br /&gt;- salt and pepper&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Cut the heart out of the cabbage and boil until tender, about 15 minutes.&lt;br /&gt;Have the meat and rice cooked and combined in a large boil, with the egg mixed in. Add salt and pepper to taste.&lt;br /&gt;Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.&lt;br /&gt;Once the cabbage has cooled down, take apart the leaves. In a 9 x 11 pan, fill each cabbage leaf with beed mixture and roll shut. Mound mixture in roasting pan. Rub pork with oil then season with salt and pepper. Place pork on top of the sauerkraut mixture. Roast 15 minutes at 450 degrees. Reduce heat to 350 degrees and bake for 35-40 minutes. White Vinegar&lt;br /&gt;- white pepper to taste&lt;br /&gt;- salt to taste&lt;br /&gt;- sugar to taste (optional)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;sauce:&lt;br /&gt;- Firstly you must prepare the sauce.  To do this place 8 oz. of sour cream into mixing bowl.  Shred whole cucumber using largest shredding holes and add to sour cream.  Zest the lemon into this mixture and add the vinegar.  Mix together and add white pepper and salt to taste.  If desired, add sugar to taste.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;tuna steaks:&lt;br /&gt;-Put olive oil into pan on medium heat.  Take thawed tuna steaks and salt both sides, then brush a light coating of the lemon-peppercorn aioli on both sides.  Sear tuna steaks for about 2 minutes on each side. Heat on low to medium for 10 minutes. Cut orange lengthwise into full slices, and add the orange along with half of the bag of frozen fruit to heated booze/wine mixture. Add onion, potatos, carrots, celery, and clam broth water mixture.  Boil covered for 10 minutes. Add clams, spices, and tomatos. Reduce heat to simmer. Add the peppers and onions to sauce. Stir until sauce has thickened, about 10 minutes. It is the most delicious soup I have ever had.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;&lt;u&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Three-Mushroom Soup&lt;/u&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;- 8 tbsp. Butter&lt;br /&gt;- 1 Onion, Chopped&lt;br /&gt;- 2 tbsp. Garlic&lt;br /&gt;- 16 oz. Baby Bella Mushrooms, sliced, 1 c. Reserved&lt;br /&gt;- 10 oz. Shiitake Mushrooms&lt;br /&gt;- 4 oz. Oyster Mushrooms  (In some grocery stores, they have mushroom mixes, including shiitake, oyster and bella. If this is the case,  I would recommend buying two 8 oz. packages of the mix instead of the seperate shiitake and oyster).&lt;br /&gt;- 6 tbsp Flour&lt;br /&gt;- 64 oz. Vegetable Stock&lt;br /&gt;- 1 Bay Leaf&lt;br /&gt;- Thyme, Salt, and Pepper to taste&lt;br /&gt;- 8 oz. Heavy Cream&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Melt 6 tbsp. in stockpot on medium heat. Add chopped onion and minced garlic.  Cook about 5 minutes, until onions are transparent.  Add mushrooms (except for one cup of baby bella). Cook an additional 5 minutes. Add flour and cook until thickened (2 to 3 minutes).  Add stock, bay leaf, and spices, bring to a boil.  Reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes. REMOVE BAY LEAF!  Puree soup with handheld blender, in food processor, or in actual blender.  Stire in heavy cream.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Add the reserved 1 cup of bellas and 2 tbsp. of butter. Taleggio Cheese&lt;br /&gt;- 2 Large Pears, Sliced and Seeded&lt;br /&gt;- 2 tbsp. Honey&lt;br /&gt;- Salt and Pepper&lt;br /&gt;- Fresh Spinach&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Brush both sides of bread with olive oil.  Heat each side on Panini Press or Grill for about 3 minutes.  When both slices are done, put 2 oz. of Taleggio cheese and 3 to 4 slices of pear on the bottom slice of bread. Drizzle with 2 tsp. honey. Sprinkle with a pinch of salt and pepper. Top with the desired amount of fresh spinach. Beef&lt;br /&gt;- 1 Egg&lt;br /&gt;- 1 tbsp. Minced Garlic&lt;br /&gt;- 1 Cup breadcrumbs (unseasoned)&lt;br /&gt;- Fresh Thyme&lt;br /&gt;- Salt&lt;br /&gt;- Pepper&lt;br /&gt;- 1/2 Cup Finely Chopped  White Onion&lt;br /&gt;- Few dashes of hot sauce (any kind will work, regardless of heat)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;- Mix all ingredients in large bowl with hands.  When well mixed form into tiny balls, and fry in skillet until cooked thoroughly. (Note: If using lean meat, first coat pan with vegetable oil).&lt;br /&gt;  Note:  If using lean beef, coat the skillet with Pam or another light oil. Lean meat will take longer to cook, about 15 min.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Delicious!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;&lt;u&gt;The Sauce&lt;/u&gt;:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;- 1 28 oz. Can Crushed Tomatoes&lt;br /&gt;- 1/2 cup finely chopped white onion&lt;br /&gt;- 1 Clove minced garlic&lt;br /&gt;- 1 tbsp. basil&lt;br /&gt;- 1 tbsp. Fresh thyme&lt;br /&gt;- 1 tbsp Oregano&lt;br /&gt;- 2 tbsp Salt&lt;br /&gt;- Fresh ground pepper to taste&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;-Combine olive oil, onions and garlic in pan.  Cook until onions brown, at which point you will add the crushed tomatoes, and the rest of the spices.
